The power of nature

There are many small and easy daily habits that can greatly support you body to remove toxins out of your system. Let's have a look at some.

 

Warm lemon water in the morning:

  • stimulates and improves digestion 

  • strengthens the immune system 

  • cleanses the kidneys 

  • detoxified 

Lemon juice tastes sour, but has a basic effect. The sour tasting fruit acids are quickly broken down in the organism into carbon dioxide and water, what remains are the basic minerals of the lemon.

We don't need anything more than: 

1/4 lemon 250-300 ml of warm water

 

Nettle tea throughout the day: 

  • the bitter taste has a detoxifying, antibacterial effect and reduces the desire for sweets, 

  • is anti-inflammatory, stimulates the metabolism and strengthens the immune system, 

  • relieves itching and burning, promotes wound healing and has a calming effect, 

  • stimulates the pancreas activity, 

  • reduces weight, fat and toxins (ama) and cleanses the blood.

Easy to prepare:

Pick some 10 young leaves of the nettle carefully with gloves and pour hot water (not boiling) over the leaves.

Herbs and spices have been used for thousands of years across cultures to treat various health conditions. With their long history, popularity and reported effectiveness, it’s no wonder many people turn to herbs to aid their body’s innate ability to detoxify.

As a complement to your daily meals, you might consider incorporating some of these herbs and spices, known for their detoxifying properties:

Cilantro

The chemical compounds in cilantro act as natural cleansing agents, binding to toxic metals and loosening them for easier transport out of the body.

Turmeric

is a plant in the ginger family that has been widely used to treat digestion and liver disorders. Cayenne pepper 

Stimulates digestion and muscle movement in your intestines and helps your body absorb nutrients. It is both an antioxidant as well as an anticoagulant that helps clean the blood from unwanted toxins. Furthermore, it activates your metabolism promoting weight loss.

Ginger 

is a principle source of sulfur which is important when excreting toxic substances from your body. This spicy root also helps in cleansing our system, digesting and settling your stomach.
