Raised in Brazil and inspired by her great interest in health and natural ways of living, Ingrid pursued her education as an Ayurvedic therapist. Her youngest daughter Cecilia, after her business degree, attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a holistic nutrition coach. With this knowledge and the vision to spread a healthy lifestyle through a natural diet, mother and daughter founded the creative family business ALONGA®, an exclusive manufactory for exquisite Ayurvedic spice mixtures and a center for yoga, Ayurvedic knowledge transfer and holistic health coaching.
