In our interactive courses, we start with an introduction about the nature of each food and the amazing taste and health benefits of many known and unknown spices. We show you how the ingredients are used in cooking, what effect they have on our body, what combinations should be avoided and why food affects every individual differently.
Cooking unites art and science in Ayurveda and we want you to integrate fun cooking, unique flavors and health aspects together in your daily life.

2. JOINT PREPARATION OF A 3 COURSE MENU
First, the spices are presented individually, roasted and ground. Then, we prepare the individual dishes together and enjoying a shared meal.
The cuisine is vegetarian and seasonal.
The spices are all organically grown.
Drinks non-alcoholic - kombucha, water kefir. Tea with herbs for digestion.
