Nutritious Grainy Bread

Ingredients

  • 100gr spelt grains

  • 180gr oatmeal

  • 3 T rice flour

  • 80gr oats

  • 2 T ground flea or linseed

  • 100gr pumpkin seeds

  • 100gr sunflower seeds

  • 50gr chopped cashew nuts

  • 40gr ground chia seeds-

  • 1 large grated carrot

  • ½ Liters of hot water

  • 2 T coconut oil or ghee

  • 1 T salt

  • ½ T Turmeric

 

Instructions

 

Cook the spelt grains until soft.
Mix all the ingredients together with the cooked spelt grains and leave to stand for an hour.
Distribute well in 2 box moulds and let stand for another 20 minutes.
Bake/dry at 180 degrees for 70 to 80 minutes.
Since it is a bread without yeast and flour, it only needs to dry at low oven temperature.
