Rainbow Hummus

Rainbow Hummus

Hummus is a Middle Eastern dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, lemon juice, and garlic.

Since we like to add an Ayurvedic twist to every dish we make to make it more digestible, we also have our special hummus recipe, and not just one!

To make the traditional hummus recipe Ayurvedic, we lightly roast the garlic in ghee and add our Lavana Spice Mix to it. For the ones who like an extra spicy kick can also add our Vyosha Spice Mix
