Apple-Ginger Porridge

Ingredients for 2 portions

  • ½ cup of oatmeal

  • 2 Tbsp. spelt semolina

  • ½ tsp. grated ginger

  • 2 cups of almond milk

  • 1 grated apple

  • 1 tsp. ghee

  • According to taste cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, anise powder & sweetener of your choice

  • Optional toppings: Nuts, raisins, coconut, berries, fruits




Roast the grated ginger in ghee. Add the grated apple and the rest of the ingredients and let it boil up for a couple of minutes. Add spices and sweetness to it according to your taste. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy it!
